The NDIA has updated the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26, with changes effective from 24 November 2025.

These updates aim to provide earlier notice to help participants and families plan their funding and allow providers to prepare for changes.

Key Updates:

  1. Price Adjustments:
    • Revised price limits for Art Therapists and Music Therapists, based on recommendations from the Independent Review of Art and Music Therapies.
    • Updated claiming guidance for ‘Other Professional’ support items to align with the same review.
  2. Policy Changes:
    • Removal of the COVID Addendum and related support items.
    • Implementation of updated Modified Monash Model classifications from the Department of Health, Disability, and Ageing.
  3. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA):
    • Updates to the SDA calculator to reflect annual indexation tied to Disability Support Pension updates.
  4. Assistive Technology and Support Items:
    • Adjustments to the Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, and Consumables Code Guide, including creating, modifying, and deleting support items.
    • Updated descriptions for Community Social and Recreational Activities, Innovative Community Participation, and Community Participation Activities.
  5. New Operational Guideline for Therapy Supports:
    • Explains what therapy supports are, when they are funded, and who can deliver them.
